Ryan Dyer – Strength & Speed Coach

 

Coach Dyer is from Gorham Maine, having graduated from Gorham High School in 2006. Coach Dyer then pursued a degree in sports management from the University of Southern Maine, while competing for four years for the nationally ranked Cross Country, Indoor and outdoor programs. In his 5th year, Dyer acted as an assistant coach for the Men’s XC team, before pursuing other coaching opportunities.

Coach Dyer is now entering his fourth year at Bonny Eagle High school apart of the Boys and Girls track and field programs, second as the head of the girls program. In his short time there he has coached multiple State and New England qualifiers in the sprint events, along with one national qualifier in the boys 100m dash in outdoor track.

Coach Dyer has earned his National speed and agility certification, along with his national weightlifting and performance certification from the National Sports Performance Association. He has also earned his USATF Level one certification, which specializes in all training aspects of track and field.

Q: When are payments due?
A: Payments must be made prior to any training.

Q: Is there expiration for packages?
A: Packages expire after 30 days.

Q: How far in advance should I schedule training sessions?
A: Training sessions should be scheduled 7 days in advance.

Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: Notify TGK Athletics through email 48 hours in advance.

Q: What levels are you willing to train?
A: All levels! Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Q: Are There Refunds?

A: No. If warranted you will be granted a site credit to use at a later time on a service of your choosing of equal or lesser value.
