We teach injury prevention, proper mechanics, agility work, how to get faster and stronger. Most importantly, we teach hard work & dedication while building strong focused student athletes.
Designed for 1 to 5 players, our unique training program is led by Coach Andrew who has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. The Grind Training Program focuses on improving:
• Hand and foot speed (using unique boxing-inspired techniques)
• Full body strength while introducing resistance training concepts
• Endurance
• Hand-eye coordination
• Reaction time
• Self-esteem/self-efficacy/
