6 Week Session (1on1) – Choose any two days of the week this summer. 1 day will consist of a upper or lower body strength training session combined with skills & drills work for your position and sport. 2nd day you will do speed & agility combined with skills & drills work for your position and sport.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING – Need to change the days and can’t commit to same days each week ? No problem we have our flexible scheduling that allows us to make it happen!
