Sessions are tailored for any sport or position individual training (1on1), to focus on your specific needs and goals. Here’s what you can expect from the program:
– Choose any two days of the week to train. On one day, you will engage in an intensive upper or lower body strength training session, combined with skills and drills work that is tailored to your position. On the second day, you will focus on speed, agility, and further skills and drills work specific to your position.
