With a focus on multi-sport skill development, TGK Athletics offers specialized training in various sports, including basketball and football. Utilizing top-of-the-line equipment such as Vertimax vertical training, strength and conditioning programs, and the Dr. Dish shooting gun, athletes receive comprehensive training to excel in their respective sports.

TGK Athletics is proud to host 22 AAU basketball teams and 7v7 Travel football teams annually, creating a competitive environment that fosters growth and development. In addition, the organization offers unique training programs such as HECO stix hand-eye coordination trainings, BlazePods sessions, and PowerHandz, further enhancing athletes’ agility, reflexes, and overall performance.

Located at 11 Mill Brook Road in Saco, Maine, TGK Athletics boasts a state-of-the-art 5000 sq ft facility. The facility features a turf field, fully furnished gym, and free weights, providing athletes with a comprehensive training environment. In line with their dedication to the success of college-bound athletes, TGK Athletics offers the TGK App, a powerful tool that provides access to recruiting profiles, a built-in video highlight editor, a complete college research database, and compatibility matching. Athletes can also receive college athlete reports based on their GPA, assisting them in finding the perfect college fit for both academics and athletics.
