Communication Shooting Drill
COMMUNICATION DRILL begins with a passer at the top of the key, two players on the right wing, and a player on the left wing. The passer is responsible for getting the ball from the Gun and delivering to shooters on alternating wings, The shooters will catch the pass, shoot, and then sprint to half court and fill the lane on the opposite wing. COACH SUMMIT emphasizes the importance of talking. calling for the ball, and getting game shots at game spots at game tempo. Cones or chairs are placed at half-court to force players to get wide when they fill the lanes.
