1 Leg Balance Shooting
On all of these drills, make sure to work both left and right sides.
Forward Lunge Shooting Drill
I have a great deal of respect for Alan, so I know that he has put a lot of thought into these drills. If you don’t like the idea of the players traveling while doing the lunges, you could have them do one leg only per shot and then make sure that they get reps with both left and right legs.
Forward Jump Shooting Drill
You could experiment with a coach or player handing the ball to the shooter when they are ready to shoot or having them dribble.

Make sure players are getting the same reps right and left.
