“One More” Basketball Shooting Drill
Emphasis for the drill: 1) Players need to be shot ready and low as the catch the basketball 2) Sharp passes as the players swing the ball from corner to corner.
Penetrate and Kick Shooting Drill
This drill provides three reps for each player. The first 2 are penetration and kicks to teammates, the third is a shot for the player.
Second Penetrate and Kick Shooting Drill
This shooting drill requires players to use their imagination to engage defenders that open up shots for teammates.
